Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly(Kiyoshi, Daniel, Julio and other ones) professional, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The pools were great! The food was great! The customer service was incredible. The butlers were so helpful and amazing! Big thanks to Kiyoshi & Daniel H., they always went above and beyond for us! the beach was a little let down because of seaweed but our kids didn’t care much and the service was great too!

Our stay was excellent! We opted for a Family Select swim out room and it was totally worth the upgrades. Our son woke up every morning and swam first thing while we ordered room service for breakfast. The beach was not crowded at all and the staff was so accommodating and welcoming. The facility was super clean and I felt like a royalty! It was our beat vacation by far.

Family Selection swim out room is hard to top, it will be hard to go back to a regular room after having your own pool. The staff were amazing at every restaurant to accommodate my gluten free needs, butler service was so great to have!
