「Batallé mucho en prender el Minisplit por falta de pilas al control de ahí en más estuvo bien」

「Shuttle service hard to schedule. No answer . No early check in . Tours offered in hotel are expensive and are crap. Got better deal outside hotel.」

「Our first impression of the resort was positive, but once we settled in and spent more time on the property, we quickly realized the overall experience was underwhelming. The cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved. The floors felt dirty, and there was noticeable dust underneath the bed. The property overall needs bettermaintenance and updates, as there were several areas of visible damage, including holes and other issues throughout the resort. We also experienced indoor flooding...

「Súper buen servicio 🙌」

「Todo excelente sigan asi tremendo servicio」

「The staff was excellent and the whole experience was great. Plan on booking there again next year.」

「In the bathroom exhaust fan doesn't exist which is horrible for the environment and customers. Mold on top of the caulking inside the tub. AC thermostat won't work. Always blowing cold air non-stop.」

「Все прошло отлично!!!」

「The room was cozy and clean with ac. The staff was helpful about planning out our day and went above and beyond. Breakfast was also a very nice touch and enjoyed by the family. Would stay here again. Thanks to the team at Casa Gem.」

「Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. 」

「Beautiful resort just wish I had more time. Fresh food that protein can be added but is a vegans dream. Spa is spectacular- you walk out into the jungle to walk to you treatment. So beautiful. Staff is super friendly and helpful and facilities are beautiful. Would recommend.」
