「I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Maya Palace. While the property itself is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and maintenance. Common areas and parts of the resort often felt neglected, and our room wasn’t consistently cleaned to the standard you’d expect from a resort of this caliber. We also dealt with maintenance issues that took far too long to be addressed. Like our room AC that we called in 3 different times...
