Only spent one night, so didn’t get to see everything, and only got to eat at the buffet. Very pleasant experience. Room was extremely comfortable.

The property was beautiful, the shuttles made it easy to get around, everything was very clean, food was good for an all inclusive as well. There are many pools and the beach was better than I expected. There are also amazing views of the water from almost everywhere, and a very unique set up to the hotel with 6 different 3 story sections spread out and all directly on the beach.

I truly enjoyed my time here. There was transport from the lobby to your room 24/7. The views , the options of places to dine and my room was great! Will definitely go again. I would say if you flying from Cancun make sure to arrange the car to the resort and back

My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. Great food options, quiet beach access and amazing staff. The hotel isn't too far from off-resort activities, although you will need to drive to get around. Highly recommend, we'd come back again.

The food was okay but not amazing, I had such difficulty getting a reservation for the nicer restaurants. When we were seating to eat it took over 30 minutes at times to even get an initial drink order. The staff was amazing and kind.

I love the hotel. The staff was always friendly. The only thing I didn't was that they close the bar at 12:00am on Saturday in a resort. I have not ever seen that and not having a Disco it makes worst.

Location is roughly 40 minutes from the airport. The rooms are fairly spacious and the air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was good and the 5 different restaurants we attended were great. I definitely recommend this place

Hotel is beautiful and view was terrific. Hotel was at capacity for New Years and due to this reservations for dining were nearly impossible and cleanliness and attentive service suffered. That said, when you were able to find help, staff was friendly. Also wish there were more structured activities (game room or poolside fun) for the full family outside of kid/teen club. Location was great - easy drive (cab ride) to many adventure and scenic activities.

Beautiful resorts with lots of food options and beautiful views. There’s plenty of restaurants for dinner and lunch options. The beach area is great with calm ocean water to swim. The outside area is nice with lots of staff available at all times. Lots of entertainment during day and night. Beautiful family resort to enjoy vacation.

Hotel is very clean , food is ok , out off the restaurants the Steak House is the best … Family hotel with no night life.. the beach is beautiful but has lots of big rocks ..overall experience if you’re looking to party/ nightlife entertainment This is not the hotel for you . Other then that I would recommend for families .

Everything was great. Room and resort clean. Service great but power went out couple of times while there and the AC was not blowing well at night while sleeping! So room got hot during the night each time but overall would go back and beautiful resort! Food at dining restaurants was great too!
