My 2nd time at particular resort. I have a feeling that resort is little bit in ‘saving mode’. Felt like food was better previous time, and booze was higher end, less alacarte options included (only 3 vs 6)😎 No birthday gifts of recognition from hotel this time. Overall still great pace to go. Staff was awesome, very clean resort, spotless comparing to other places I have seen. I walked in several neighborhood hotels as well, and should say that Bahía Príncipe Tulum was still the right choice.

Very large property with multiple resorts. Good on property transportation with cart trains running regularly. Amazing, friendly staff. Clean and well maintained grounds. Pools seemed clean and well maintained. Buffet not great with mislabeled dishes and repetitive choices. Often out of stock. Limited gluten free options for celiac daughter. Buffet closed from 3:30-6 with very limited options at other snack bar locations, also often out of stock.

Very great value for this all inclusive. Negatives: wifi is really bad, water in rooms does not get very hot, hard to get reservations for restaurants Positives: Food for all inclusive is excellent at buffet and restaurants, awesome beach and pools, good bar selection, friendly staff

The staff was courteous and helpful. We spent too much time waiting in lines. Lines for meals, lines for reservations, lines for towels, lines for transports, lines for drinks, lines to get to staff for assistance. Poor management! The quality of food was not great and they ran out of everything. We won't go back.
