「The hotel itself was decent. We only booked for 1 day stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We arrived at 12:30 but check in time was 3pm so we did wait for about 45mins to get into our room. The area around the hotel seems as though it’s a developing area, it was pretty dirty and seems like it was a local community, with loose dogs running around. The room overall was nice and clean despite the shower. The chrome in the shower head and sink were eroded and rusty. I tried to clean it...

「This hotel property is gorgeous, with 2 open-air buildings, lush greenery and a beautiful ground floor pool with a swim up bar. The staff is extra helpful and I appreciated the welcoming ceremony upon arrival. However, the area isn’t the safest (compared to the previous hotel I stayed at about 10-15 mins away) because my kids and I were advised to “be back before dark” when we walked to nearby Carls Jr. for dinner one evening. Also my iPad was pickpocketed from my bag while waiting for the tour...

「we were in the presidential suite, the room was beautiful however the platform bed squeaked loudly with every move and mattress was terrible...the bed needs to be replaced that said dont miss the hidden gem of the roof top plunge pools and sitting areas 360 view of sunset and Tulum 」

「Wir waren 12 Tage im Amaka Calma in der Penthouse Suite und waren hellauf begeistert. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hat wirklich alles, was man benötigt. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum, in jedem Raum ein Smart-TV und in der Küche alles was man braucht. In Laufnähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants und Geschäfte. Das Viertel wird neu erschlossen und rund um das Hotel wird gebaut, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir waren am Anfang skeptisch, weil wir einige negative...

「We had to leave a horrible hotel situation and came here day of booking. The girl at the front and the manager were so sweet and really helped us, we even paid a small amount for an upgraded room we didnt see online. This place was a way better vibe, the room was clean the shower had warm water and it wasnt loud or noisey. This is my second time here i would definitely come back.」

「Mimosa was a nice hostel / hotel in a really convenient location. Our private room was clean, the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location was very near to cafes, shops, markets, etc… but not on the main road. The pool was down when we were there but it looks like they were fixing it. Also, there was a big storm when we were there. The electricity went out but they came around with candles which was really helpful! 」

「Sehr schöne Villen mit viel Privatsphäre. Nur die Nähe zur großen Hauptstraße hört man und auch ab und zu Baustellengeräusche. Die Villa war sehr sauber und gepflegt und der Service am Empfang war super! Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von der Stadt und ohne Auto oder ähnlichem schwer erreichbar. Man kann aber direkt am Eingang kostenlos parken. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen!」
