「We really enjoyed our stay at Copal and I would stay again. The private rooftop pool was really special and the jungle views were amazing. The apartment was well equipped but could do with some more cutlery and a kettle. Before going, I was concerned about the area not feeling safe or being loud with development but this wasn’t the case. The area felt safe and convenient for getting to other parts of Tulum - I saw many women walking their dogs alone after dark. There is work going on in the area...

「The hostess Raquel was Kind and she provided us with an upgrade to our room with a kings size bed. she stayed in contact with us and the property was cute. the pool is best at night in the day the hot sun makes it feel like a bathtub other than that everything was spot on. WILL DEFINETLY GO AGAIN!」

「I was pleasantly surprised. Rustic decor with modern services. Clean, quiet & personalized service breakfast was delivered to room & airport drop off provided an extra touch. 「Poolside bar and restaurant. Plunge pools drained each day. Continental breakfast was delicious and many more options to purchase if wanted more. Shower and jungle view of full wall of windows made this have a nice luxury feel. Beautiful boutique hotel. Very odd almost hidden entrance. Took a moment to find find. 」
