"Staff friendly, clean room, nice pool and perfect location."

"No complimentary waters or anything You pay extra for the rooftop pool but the pool itself needs maintenance - the tiles were falling apart and nearly cut myself a few times. Not sure why you pay extra for pool access which should surely be available to all guests who stay at the hotel. Location is ok but taxis will often try and charge you whatever price they want so be prepared for that as there aren’t many things in walking distance "

"The staff was wonderful! The food was average, we definitely expected better. We had issues with no hot water for showers which was extremely disappointing. The pools weren’t very clean and the pool interior was very rough. Our biggest issue was the pushy sales for another resort/time share. After saying no and not interested multiple times they continued to push it on us and that was the last thing we wanted to deal with on our vacation."

"Staff is extremely friendly. I would recommend that the hotel invest in ant traps/ bait as they were everywhere in the room. The restaurant 6/10. Parking needs improvement and have more spaces for guests. The cenote was closed due to construction but im sure it wouldve been enjoyable to if it was open. "

"There aren’t many options to eat. The power went out for about 6 hours and there was nothing they could do about it."

"The location was great close to other places to walk to. The beach and pool area was very well kept and comfortable. They had a DJ playing music everyday. The staff was amazing, arrived late and there was someone there to check us in and a guy to help with our bags to the room. Since its all sand we appreciated that extra help. Room was basic and comfortable, view was amazing. Breakfast was nice to have included. The 20% discount on drinks while staying at the hotel was very nice as well. We would definitely stay again."
