「Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind. The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees...

「Radhoo was incredible!!! Honestly from the service, the rooms, the food, the staff's willingness to help, the convenience... this place was simply AMAZING. 10000/10 recommend. It's a romantic cozy get away for couples. The only complaint, as others have said, is lighting at night but that was a common problem in the Tulum area. It's not dramatic but more so for the girls who want to do their makeup in the room haha. Honestly this place and their sister resorts are incredible. We will be back!」

「Beautiful hotel! It’s literally on the beach. All the floors are sand except the rooms and the lobby area. All the rooms have a view of the beach and easy access to the beach. I went for my bday and they decorated my bed to wish me a Happy Birthday. They also had a bottle of champagne for me to enjoy. 「We stayed at Nomade for 5 days and really loved our stay. It is blends the jungle essence of Tulum with amazing beachside views. There are so many fun activities you can sign up for. You got some dining and shopping options close by but we preferred heading to Tulum town on most nights - more authentic with excellent food at much lower prices.
