We had a lovely visit! The staff were all extremely warm and friendly - we felt so well taken care of. The small touches were so welcome, and the relaxed nature of everyone there made our stay so relaxing. They gave us great recommendations for dining and local activities. We will return for sure!

This hotel is a jungle paradise on the beach! The rooms are so beautifully designed, clean, and natural feeling. We stayed in a standard room on the second level and our bathroom had a skylight! We were treated so kindly by Steph, who made our stay 10x more special. She was helpful at every turn and deserves all the praise!

What can I say… this sweet spot really left an impression on us. The intimacy of the property was the first thing I noticed, with just 21 rooms perfectly tucked away it felt like your own little world. The rooms are stunning and extremely clean and well appointed. I am ordering the same Kassatex robe they had on property. Location is pretty perfect and found ourselves walking to cenotes and Michelin Star restaurants.The pool and lounge part of the beach are super chill and feel a little more local. This is a place not trying to hard, but still feels full of effort. On our last night we participated in the Temazcal and that was a treat and left us feeling connected. There is a club on the other side of the street. It plays loud music but we found ourselves being lulled to sleep by it. Even joking about what was the last song we remembered. I like to move around and rarely repeat coming back to the same place but I have a feeling I’ll be seeing Bungalow 6 again.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff could not be more accommodating and the room was perfect. The food/service was great and we loved being right on the beach. It was the perfect combination of relaxing and fun. I will 100% be back - I miss it already!

Where do we even begin? The staff was incredible, food amazing, rooms amazing. Unforgettable experience at the beach club soaking up the sun all day and into the evening. 5 stars. Upon arrival, the service was incredibly friendly from the start. They even dressed room to celebrate my birthday The staff are extremely accommodating. The location is situated near clubs and restaurants. Partial ocean view room was lovely, the daily coffee/tea they bring to your room in the morning is such a nice touch! Breakfast on the beach was amazing. I'd go back again when visiting Tulum

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, beautifully , and very comfortable. The location was ideal close to everything.We had lunch by the beach everyday, It was delicious with plenty of options. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality . Our stay at Delek was perfect from start to finish. The hotel knew straight away we were in Tulum to celebrate my birthday and went above and beyond to accommodate and celebrate us. We were offered a free room upgrade which was so fabulous however both rooms were equally beautiful and spotless and had the true Tulum feel. The restaurant/beach staff couldn’t have been nicer. The food and drinks were excellent and access to all big clubs/restaurants was so easy, it really is the perfect location. We can’t wait to come back
