「Beautiful property, Staff went above and beyond in every way to accommodate and were extremely friendly. Had a great family experience here」

「Excelente lugar」

「Beautiful location, clean modern rooms, ocean front pool and staff super helpful. The hotel electricity is run with a generator so no hair dryers, mini fridges and some rooms do not have aircon. But if you are looking for an authentic beach hut experience this is for you. Be sure to bring insect repellant.」

「Todo excelente, el lugar increíble, la comida rica, todos son muy atentos」

「Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and...

「Great place to stay. Beautiful space and super friendly staff. The amazing view from the rooftop!!!」

「Beautiful property, friendly staff, bartenders can make decent drinks, food was okay. There were lots of mosquitoes, make sure to bring repellent」

「We love Akumal Bay and have been here 5 times. We will keep coming back with family. Rooms-very nice. Sadly we never got 1 chocolate in our refrigerator the entire 8 days. I even asked at the front desk. We have stayed in building 1 and 2 in the past. They are great for getting to the snorkeling beach and pools fast. This time we stayed in building 4 which has been renovated. Nice to have an actual door on the bathroom for privacy. Very quiet too. If you like busy go down to building 1 or...

「I do did not realize there was absolutely zero food options for this place. Although they did offer breakfast, it was white bread processed meat and processed cheese. Not in a convenient location, but the hotel is nice no food and no walking options are the biggest drawback here.」

「We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! We would recommend a rental car if you are wanting to leave the resort. This is not in the busy resort area, it's a little bit outside of Tulum. We really liked not being in the busy area. This resort was also the best value that we saw for all-inclusive. One thing to note is this resort is part of Framissima, which is a French travel company. We were not aware and were surprised that nearly all the guests were French. We also kinda liked that we...
