They could clean the room more efficiently the staff was exquisite. Breakfast could have more options. Lunch can have more options. Dinner can have also more options as well. Well put together restaurant just a little bit more seasoning and the food but overall, I still give tens across the board 1000%. And if the Jacuzzi tub closer was not working, don’t advertise it as if it is when it wasn’t to stop up the tub in order to use the tub overall I really enjoyed my stay. I did not wanna leave.

First time we went in 2023 and everything was great. We decided to come back hoping to have the same experience but to our surprise its under construction. Half of the property we were not able to use, including their main pool with bar. Nothing was announced about it being under construction, if we would of know we would save our money for a different time. We were the only ones uncomfortable with the situation. When we mention it at check out the girl just rolled her eyes at us. They used to have great shows at night, this weekend was just plain and boring. WARNING, UNDER CONSTRUCTION UNTIL JANUARY 2027!!!!

The resort has declined considerably since my first visit 10 years ago, particularly in terms of guest service and food quality. With the exception of breakfast, the dining experience is disappointing, with much of the food resembling basic cafeteria fare rather than the quality one would expect from a resort. Too many dishes appear to be frozen or pre-prepared, which significantly detracts from the overall experience.
