「Very disappointed with our stay. This resort did not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive vacation. The front desk and management were not accommodating and constantly tried to nickel-and-dime guests. Our A/C didn’t work, and we were told we could move rooms only if we paid extra. We requested two queen beds but were only offered two doubles or one king. 「El hotel es bonito, las habitaciones limpias, el personal muy amable En una de las habitaciones que reserve si tuve problemas pero nada grave, el frigobar no enfriaba correctamente, la tv se veía borrosa y tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, se filtro bastante agua del techo afortunadamente fue en la última noche, pero los de mantenimiento acudieron casi de inmediato a solucionarlo.」

We did have staff come into our room when we had the do not disturb on the door so that didn’t make us too happy but over all Highly recommend」

「Another great visit to HBR. The staff was once again great. There weren’t as many people in both HBR and the larger neighboring properties, but there still was a nice amount of activities and entertainment, and the people (some usuals, some new folks) were lovely and good fun.
