Unfortunately, we were disappointed by our stay at this hotel. Although staff were friendly, the room was dated and the hotel services were sub par. Frequently, we waited 20+ minutes for drinks at hotel bars and would order drinks (e.g coffee at breakfast) that simply did not arrive.

Air con is set, changing is an illusion but it stayed cool enough. The property is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The accommodation was roomy, comfy, and clean. The food was good considering it’s an all inclusive. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend this resort.

The resort was great you have access to everything services was great staff was great always there to greet you and make sure stay was going well. On the other hand the food wasn’t good you have to make the best of it while you’re there.

We had a great stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka’an in the Riviera Maya. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a superior suite near the lobby, which was spacious and conveniently located within easy walking distance to the restaurants and buffet. The food quality was excellent for an all-inclusive, with plenty of variety and solid dining options. We also enjoyed having access to the other Bahia Principe resorts via a quick shuttle ride, making it easy to spend time at the beach and take advantage of additional amenities. Dinner reservations and excursions were easy to arrange, which kept the trip stress-free. The Hacienda Market on property was a big plus and made souvenir shopping simple, with lots of options available without leaving the resort. For our final night, we upgraded to a penthouse suite, and it was absolutely worth it. The rooftop jacuzzi and open views of the Riviera Maya sky were the perfect way to end the trip. Overall, Sian Ka’an offers a relaxing atmosphere, great food, and convenient access to everything you’d want for a Mexico getaway!

Great trip at huge sprawling resort. Been many times over the years. They are becoming more money conscious at the resort and it is tiered facilities now. Stayed at the luxurious adults only, and was able to use all facilities, everywhere. Met lots of dusgruntled people who weren't 'luxury' and had restricted access to some areas. You clearly only get what you pay for. Also why should I pay $30 extra to go to an evening 'pool party' at one of the Lobbies, when I am all-inclusive? Evening entertainment was still very good. . .. I had a great time

The room was wonderful. The staff and drinks were wonderful. The pool area needs an up grade . Missing tiles and stained plus the kiddie pool in an adult only resort area .
