「Staying at this place was amazing. Its location right next to the jungle really gave it an authentic jungle feel. The building's design and amenities were great. Yes, we did miss the air conditioning a little, but they really made up for it with plenty of fans while still preserving the jungle atmosphere. The combination of the friendly and helpful staff, the location, and the unique jungle experience made it well worth the stay. We would definitely come back if we get the chance.」

「We had booked for two nights and we left after the first night. The place is uninhabitable and we needed to find lodgings elsewhere. There were no blankets and we were cold in the night, no hot water, only 3 pillows while we were four people. There were bugs all over the room and a nasty smell. There was dog poop and dog pee all over the common areas. Definitely do not recommend」

「I had a wonderful stay at Grand Sirenis! From the moment I arrived I felt like a VIP guest. The staff were incredible & always willing to help with anything I needed. Alfred was able to help book all the restaurants and Edgar was amazing!! Thank you to all the staff for making my vacation so enjoyable. The hydrotherapy & massage were fantastic (thank you Seleñe) & I loved all the pools and the lazy river. Truly a fantastic week & I hope to come back one day!」

「Very disappointed with our stay. This resort did not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive vacation. The front desk and management were not accommodating and constantly tried to nickel-and-dime guests. Our A/C didn’t work, and we were told we could move rooms only if we paid extra. We requested two queen beds but were only offered two doubles or one king. The room had ants in the bed, the bathroom was extremely small, and there was little to no privacy because the shower/changing area faced...

「El hotel es bonito, las habitaciones limpias, el personal muy amable En una de las habitaciones que reserve si tuve problemas pero nada grave, el frigobar no enfriaba correctamente, la tv se veía borrosa y tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, se filtro bastante agua del techo afortunadamente fue en la última noche, pero los de mantenimiento acudieron casi de inmediato a solucionarlo.」
