The property was clean. The staff was beyond amazing! The rooms were a bit on the small end but cozy. The rooftop was beautiful and the food and drinks were great! The food trucks downstairs and live DJ and bar was an added bonus! Not to mention the cute small shops and cafe. I would give this property a 10 out of 10!

Beautiful hotel with great staff. Food at the hotel is pricey but delicious and comparable to surrounding restaurants. Walkable distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping boutiques. Room is quite small, perfect if you are travelling alone.

This hotel is AMAZING! The staff was absolutely the best. Always helping us with all our needs. Even the hotel food was good! Only thing I did not like was how small the room was, and the some of the outlets didn’t work. But other than that this place was super nice, clean, and friendly environment!

I would a rate this place as excellent but the ac could not keep up to temp hot and sweating like never before at night sleeping. Had to pay extra to have sheets changed every night.

Excellent Service

Excellent service at Motto Tulum. Lots of amenities and things to do nearby. Free parking and there are rentals for bikes and scooters, Pool is beautiful and great poolside service and poolside restaurants. This place is designed really nicely. Rooms are small but meant to tap into a simplistic hotel stay and encourage you to go out and explore. Also very very impeccable cleaning.
