「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. 「Clean rooms and great service. Everyone is polite and ready to be at service from the front desk to the concierge. Loved the villa with the balcony, the pool and the beach. Great place for families and kids. Actually, the distance from Bahía Príncipe to the bench is walkable but the shuttles were on time and it was fun riding them.
