「This a beautiful and serene property. The location is perfect for central activities and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only problem was the bathroom were we stayed, the shower headed wasn't working properly. The room was clean and spacious. 」

「Beautiful condo. Very clean and well maintained. Secure parking garage and entrance to condos. Friendly easy check in. Walking distance from the beach and 5a. Near the parties at night, but noise was not a problem. Breakfast on the beach was $20 coupon from the hotel but better to order separate at the restaurant if you don’t need juice and coffee and bread. 」

「I loved this place, however it would be best if they could offer at least basic coffee in the morning so we don't have to wait until we go out to have coffee. Also, they could add a jacuzzi for the ones that loves relaxing on the jacuzzi like I do even when is very hot」

「reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. 「La habitación muy limpia, con varias opciones cerca para comer y para caminar tranquilos. Solo no había jabón de baño en la ducha y tuvimos que salir a comprar cuando ya era tiempo de descansar tambien recomendamos que habiliten una pequeña refrigeradora para mantener los liquidos que compren los huespedes porque el calor es fuerte y se necesita tener liquidos frescos para hidratarnos. Despúes todo muy tranquilo, seguro y callado」
