"The property was amazing! The wildlife was amazing!
Pool bar was great Eloy is the man! Moses on the cart is awesome and an asset to this hotel. Samantha in building 21 was extremely helpful with our questions. The buffets were average we all found something we could eat. The steakhouse and the oriental restaurants were excellent. The Mexican restaurant was terrible the food was awful. The best breakfast was at the lagoon buffet get the omelette. Rosita at the lobby bar was a great server and her personality was so great.
Check in and check out we’re very simple. Not sure the name of our house keeper in building 21 3rd floor but wow she was amazing. We would absolutely go back if we decide to return to plya del Carmen. "

"Wonderful vacation. My _only_ very mild criticism was that the dinner and activity reservation system - which runs through your building concierge - was kind of cumbersome… I spent a good chunk of each morning administering reservations, which was not very relaxing. But that was a blip on the radar and probably the best way to handle logistics for a resort of this size.
Staff were universally cheerful and helpful-without exception.
The property is beautiful.
Food and entertainment were lovely.
