「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Our first all inclusive resort we have ever been to. It was amazing! Food was delicious. The pool and bar were exceptional. The staff were helpful and were always attentive.」

「The property is nice, the staff is super friendly, and its close to xcaret! The only thing that I would point out is that the pillows could be better, and the shower. The water flow shuts off after some time and it makes you have to turn back the knobs and turn it back on. Other than that, this hotel is okay. 」

「As someone who has gone twice to the resort back to back(2025-2026) Resort was amazing as always good is great customer service is amazing Down side I just came back June 14th 2026 and they are remodeling views and pools look like they need to be touched up (has a bit of mold and missing tiles within the pool on the side and bottom. Lastly they have this promo where you can experience another of there resorts which is cool but in reality there’s a catch (which is okay ) You have to listen...
