Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa, siempre atentos, amables y con una actitud increíble. Un reconocimiento muy especial para Melisa, Zyanya, Majo y Mar, quienes estuvieron pendientes de cada detalle y siempre con una sonrisa. Su dedicación y calidez marcaron la diferencia en nuestras vacaciones. También queremos destacar a Carlos, en el bar de la piscina de adultos, quien nos atendió de maravilla, siempre amable, rápido y con excelentes bebidas que hicieron nuestros días aún más agradables. Sin duda, gracias a todos ustedes nos llevamos recuerdos inolvidables y momentos maravillosos. "The is property is beautiful I will give it 8/10 our room the rr shower didn’t work the blow dryer didn’t work. Now the reason why I rate 8/10 is because the food is horrible we stayed Friday-Tuesday and the only good thing we’re the Tacos. Food needs flavor a lot of empty trays I wouldn’t go back just because of the food. The place overall is beautiful."

"The property in impeccably designed and maintained. This is my third time there and they never disappoint. Nomads took an excellent care of you. Kasandra was very attentive to all our requests and made all desired arrangements for us. The rooms were very comfortable, large and clean. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. All restaurants were very tasty and great professional staff. We are very pleased with our vacation and can’t wait to get back next year."

"The staff was excellent and the property was very clean. The food however was absolutely terrible and very odd. I think i survived off of macaroons and mixed drinks. You would think you could atleast eat a sandwich but the bread was sticky and not toasted, one slice of meat, lettuce with brown spots and a slimy tomato. We had chicken at the Italian restaurant with pink centers, watery Pad Thai at the Japanese restaurant...it goes on. Pay more for another hotel or plan to eat off site."

"Great breakfast and rooms are very nice and clean. The rooftop pool was amazing. However, staff were inconsistent. Sometimes they were helpful while other times they could not be bothered and were rude. Also, I stayed 9 nights and my room was only cleaned twice. I don't expect it to be cleaned daily but atleast every 2nd or 3rd day would have been nice. The worst part was that they advertise free shuttle to the airport and I did what I was suppose to do and the day I was leaving my shuttle never showed. I therefore had to pay over a $100 to get to the airport by taxi. Was not impressed. I expected more from the Marriott. I was very disappointed 😞"
