「Lovely place! Eco-friendly, in nature, quaint peaceful place, close to Xcaret, Xenses, and Xplor. Staff was very attentive, kind, and just superb. 「El precio es excelente está cerca de los parques es lindo sólo creo que le falta un poco de mantenimiento me parece excelente la limpieza cada 3er día por el cuidado del medio ambiente, definitivamente volveré la comida a la carta es rica el desayuno incluido en verdad no tanto pero es bueno cuando vas de viajero, la comida a la carta es económica, solo en el desayuno queríamos pedir a la carta y no había nada:( de ahí en más todo está excelente ♥️」

「We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Angelo's. The room we had was very large at the end of the hall so our balcony wrapped around the building. We stayed for seven nights and each day our room was cleaned and the bed made and two bottles of water were supplied each day. The breakfast was fairly simple and not much variety over the seven days, but the service was wonderful. The man who served us was polite and very efficient. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
