「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Lo unico malo fue la mala experiencia del check in, donde nos dan la habitacion y al ir no se podia abrir, regreso al mostrador y me dicen la señorita que va para haya seguridad y que tengonque estar ahi, 30 minutos y nadie llega, las maletas y nosotros afiera de la habitafion con ropa de ciudad vuelvo a regresar y la otra señorita del moatrqdor me dice es que ahi cambio de turnoby pues si me moleste , ese estema interno y no tengo yonpornque salir afectado, entonces cambienme de habitacion....
