"A great space. Not The Four Seasons...but this is Playa del Carmen. Spacious and clean. Great location. Other reviews raise concerns about noise from the street. I am a light sleeper, and was there during perhaps the three biggest party nights of the year - Halloween and Dia del Muerto. It was loud out on the street, but mostly quite quiet in our unit."

"This hotel is just off the busy and lively quinta avenida however the room was very quiet. I booked a penthouse suite with 3 bedrooms and even within our own unit, we didn’t hear the noise from the other family who was staying on the bottom floor. The rooftop Jacuzzi helped us relax at the end of a long travel day. The staff were kind amd the rooms were very clean and spacious. "

We had rooms that had roof access to lay in the sun or sit at a table to have our coffee and breakfast. There is an elevator.
