「The AC mini split is right above the bed and was leaking right on our head. There were no soaps in the bathroom and none in the kitchen. The water gets turned off in the morning. We had a morning flight put and were leaving the condo at 5 am. We were not able to wash our hands or brush our teeth. Condo location is good, few steps to ADO which us convenient. 」

「We arrived after a rainstorm, and the room ceiling literally leaked. Switched to another room - never had any hot water. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The grounds/pool area were delightful, oppulent. The connection to the Ipanema restarurant provided exceptional food choices. Hoping they can fix the few flaws.」

「One of my favorite hotels in Playa del Carmen. Spacious rooms, great staff, walkable to everything yet not super loud (Coco Bongo is right there but it’s manageable IMO). Also a very nice rooftop pool!」
