「I wanted a hotel that was relaxing and away from the busyness of Quinta Avenida. This hotel was a great location and the rooms were immaculate. Great bonus if you want kitchenette features. The pool and rooftop facilities need a little love but otherwise, hotel was everything I needed.」

「We arrived after a rainstorm, and the room ceiling literally leaked. Switched to another room - never had any hot water. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The grounds/pool area were delightful, oppulent. The connection to the Ipanema restarurant provided exceptional food choices. Hoping they can fix the few flaws.」

Alarms are going off cleaner stealing theft inside the property you are charged for cleaning, but the cleaner does not clean but expects and demands tips the staff was very unprofessional when I contacted them if they responded I still have not heard back from them about my stolen property That I believe was by the staff cleaner, the nonworking toilet shower, the...

「One of my favorite hotels in Playa del Carmen. Spacious rooms, great staff, walkable to everything yet not super loud (Coco Bongo is right there but it’s manageable IMO). Also a very nice rooftop pool!」
