"We stayed in the superior loft. Upon arriving everything was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. We didn’t notice much sounds in the supiorior loft as we were tucked away at the concern of the hallway. The pool area was lovely, however the only this was we had to constantly chase the sun as it moved throughout the day:/ the layout was meh. We actually had to move rooms as we extended our stay. We moved into a smaller room which we actually loved more. There was more light, bigger deck and instead of cement we had glass railing, which allowed more natural light into the space. The only thing we noticed about moving to a new room was the noise. It was a bit louder but we brought a sounds machine with us so that helped:) Really enjoyed. Would come back!"

"I travel a lot. In all my years, this was the absolute worst, most despicable place I have ever stayed at. The hotel itself was decent. But the staff, just awful. The sourpuss, unhelpful receptionist. The rude, aggressive manager. Just a terrible experience overall. The client's happiness does not matter AT ALL at this hotel. I would rather sleep on the street than stay one more night at this dump."

"Room was outdated but ok. TO BE CLEAR THERE IS NO BEACH ACCESS. IT IS A SMALL SAND AREA AND BEACH CHAIRS IN FRONT OF FISHING BOATS. POOL IS COLD AND CANT BE USED AFTER 8PM. THERE IS NO PARKING AND IF YOU WANT TO PARK YOUR CAR THERE YOU HAVE TO PAY THE METER, IT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO PAY MORE THAN 6 HR AT A TIME AND IF YOU ADD MONEY IT DOES NOT EXTEND THE TIME IT STARTS OVER. THEY LOCKED MY WHEEL DESPITE PAYING TWICE AND IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE TO GET IT OFF. ALSO THE STAFF I BELIEVE TIPS OFF PARKING BECAUSE THEY ARE IN ON IT TOO. I WOULD HAVE MISSED MY FLIGHT WITH MY TWO KIDS IF IT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED A DAY LATER. IT TOOK UP MY WHOLE DAY JUST TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE WHEEL LOCK OFF. THERE IS AN APP BUT IT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ACTUAL USE UNLESS YOU HAVE A MEXICAN NUMBER AND EVEN THEN A MEXICAN NATIONAL TOLD ME IT DOESN'T WORK. BE WARNED ABOUT THE PLACE. "

"Swim up is small but nice, pools are great and staff is wonderful. Good was better than most places I’ve stayed. "

"All staff are friendly and helpful especially Bianca and Brittney. The rooms are clean with air conditioning. Very close to Walmart and Mega. Near the Plaza so depending on time of year it can be noisy however it’s usually quiet in the evenings."
