The staff was amazing! Thanks to Leticia, Miguel and Jose (and the other young lady at the front desk) they were the perfect hosts. The room and the amenities were better than I expected. And the hospitality was top tier. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit.

Lovely large rooms, great space middle of town 50 ft away from 5th Ave, close to beach. Hotel managers very informative, friendly and welcoming. Helped us with finding great dining places, and even a laundry mat. Hotel is clean charming and has private balconies on the roof top. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We arrived in a raining day. The hotel is located next to the busy 5th Ave. We had difficulties to find the parking site. There is no sign and the gate is locked. I wish the hotel let us know how to access in advance. The two bedrooms suite is really big, clean and welled equipped. We could not run hot water when we took shower. The manage team let us to use another empty unit next to ours which is really helpful. The breakfast is included. Comparing to other hotels we stayed during the trip it is way to simple, as a brand of Wyndham, this section shall improve.

Staff and service were excellent. They tried very hard to accommodate us. Property is outdated. Room smelled moldy and noisy. They changed us to another room but the AC didn’t work so we changed back to the room facing the street. We were told by 11pm noise should be reduced but it wasn’t the case. The noise from the night club went on until around 5pm. It wasn’t worth the price we paid. We could’ve gotten better hotel for less.

Really nice clean place to stay in one of the best locations in PDC. Anything you need while staying there is within a couple block walk. Parking is also easy and staff is very inviting and friendly.
