We loved the pool, the sun sets and our ocean looking cabin. If all you want is relaxation - this is a place for you 💯. We would have loved a TV in the room especially with kids but there was none. Transportation from the hotel to other areas was quite expensive and also you needed to pay for passes when you get into the park even though you have a reservation. They explained that because it’s a national park. The restaurant closes early too. Staff are very friendly and helpful - a shout out to Philip the receptionist and Eburm - not sure of the spelling.

Excellent finding! I had never been and I will definitely come back! It’s all you want from a natural resort but very well done: good room, big bed with net, beautiful big private outdoor shower, lovely beachfront, very clean and friendly staff.

Room needed renovation on basics. Windows didn’t stay closed. They even had to work in the roof one of the days. Also the cooler situation to be eco friendly, while still using so much plastic (straws, wrapped in plastic too) Felt a bit of a scam. I checked out earlier

This place is special. Very calm and quiet and the staff are extremely attentive and very friendly. The property is beautiful and the hotel strikes the perfect balance of spotlessly clean without taking you out of the jungle. If you are looking for a quiet place to immerse in nature, this is the one.

Ein kleines Stück vom Paradies! Tolle ruhige Lage, langer Sandstrand, leckere Früchte zum Frühstück, Sternenhimmel über der offenen Dusche und von der Cabana Josefa Arriba ein wunderbarer Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang! Das Meer war warm & trotz einiger Wellen gut zum schwimmen ( dazu war der Pool zu klein). Personal sehr freundlich - wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen! Danke!

Yes the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The location was intimate and the beach was great. They could invest in more bicycles for rent. They only had 6. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay!

A friend of mine and I each got a room here. The rooms were so cool and the beach access is world class. The service is a little short of 2-3 star given that my shower water was not hot, but I sort of didn’t care until the last day when I just wanted a hot shower. The beach is gorgeous, the people working there are super sweet. There was a very nice woman who helped us get a super last min cab out of town and she was super helpful at the desk when our booked shuttle no showed. We took the bus instead which was great and only $20 to Cancun!! We knew about the bus because we may have taken it down but booked a private shuttle instead. The hotel is right next to several beach clubs and inside the park is great you can get the shuttles to the ruins which were so cool. The park offers a lot but you do have to pay to be there daily and strict guards treat it like you are doing something wrong to be there. It’s not very hospitable to have all your stuff searched to find nothing. And they are not nice or welcome you. Quite the opposite. That said-People at the resort were efficient and they work hard. I loved the little pool and the towels. The cabanas on the beach. Super amazing. Gorgeous. I liked a lot of the little beach resorts at the park tho. It’s a very beautiful and special beach area.
