「The property is right on the beach! We were unable to get in the water and use a lot of the amenities, like paddle boards, due to the sargassum (which is on every beach in the Riviera Maya). The restaurant staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good. They made us a to go meal on our last day. There is no other choice for meals in the area, so you need a car if you want to eat elsewhere. Taxis were $400-450 Mex pesos for a one way ride to the nearest village. You get 1 bottle of water...

「Beautiful location, ok food. Ac was not the best. Outdoor furniture was uncomfortable. Noise was a big issue, sound travel. Screaming was a constant problem at early morning hours. Pool was nice, no shade.」
