「All employees were top tier. They always greeted us, asked if they could do anything to help us or answer questions, and checked in on us every single morning and night. They are very attentive. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and modern. The actual resort is cozy, quiet, and well maintained. It is beautiful. I highly recommend this resort.」

「This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

「Exceptional view, beach access, swimming pool, nearby shops, cafes, restaurants. 」

「We have been to Akumal Bay 5 times, we love it. Best snorkeling beach. And the beach is so beautiful. The staff are wonderful. Everything was wonderful.」

「Loved this sweet spot on the beach. It was a lovely room, effortless non-contact coming and going.」

「Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. 」

「Beautiful little hotel with amazing food. And great service. If you want a romantic getaway this is it.」

「Todo excelente, el lugar increíble, la comida rica, todos son muy atentos」

「A rare time when the pictures line up with reality. Our stay was very nice. The place is well run and only a couple years old. The food was great. There weren't many people staying there since we went in slow season (July) so it felt very mellow and private. The beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't swim, but we expected that so it wasn't a disappointment. The beach is very calm and shallow. Excellent location near everything. No more than a 15 minute drive to most of our activities. Highly...

「Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.」

「Property is very beautiful, food in Mexican restaurant needs to be updated more for a Mexican menu, Paul’s Beach everything it’s very nice, some of the staff was amazing. Very good customer service. only one Lady where you’re making reservation for restaurants she didn’t was so pleasant. Thank you so much for everything we enjoyed our stay」

「Increíble el servicio, el hotel precioso. La atención de todo el personal fue de primera, sobretodo del mayordomo de nuestra zona, fueron super serviciales y amables. Todo fue excelente y pasamos una estancia maravillosa e inolvidable.」

「Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus.」

「Super Buen hotel muy buena la estadia . Personal muy amable ,volvere de Seguro」

「Wonderful stay, highly recommended! The staff were super helpful right from check-in. The property is huge, spotless, and very well-maintained, offering a truly relaxing and safe environment. My only minor issue was the buffet getting a little repetitive after several days. That said, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it!」

「Beautiful property, beautiful beach. A tropical paradise.」

「El lugar muy agradable y limpio, solo hubo problema al hacer el check in, no había nadie, no tenía instrucciones claras y después de que me comuniqué, la persona que nos recibió tardó 20 min en llegar」
