「Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. 」

「My husband and I were very happy with the service they provided for us. We also loved their food.」

「Exceptional view, beach access, swimming pool, nearby shops, cafes, restaurants. 」

「Loved this sweet spot on the beach. It was a lovely room, effortless non-contact coming and going.」

「Todo excelente, el lugar increíble, la comida rica, todos son muy atentos」

「Love this private place. Beach was gorgeous and clean. Rooms were comfy, modern and comfortable. Bedding was ultra luxurious. 」

「I fell in love with this place. It was just what I needed - rest, relaxation, peace, fun, beauty. The staff was amazing! The food was amazing! The massage was amazing! Everything was amazing and a wonderful escape from my stressful days.」

「Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets.」

「A rare time when the pictures line up with reality. Our stay was very nice. The place is well run and only a couple years old. The food was great. There weren't many people staying there since we went in slow season (July) so it felt very mellow and private. The beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't swim, but we expected that so it wasn't a disappointment. The beach is very calm and shallow. Excellent location near everything. No more than a 15 minute drive to most of our activities. Highly...

「Overall, a great resort, and we really enjoyed our stay! Just wanted to share a word of caution regarding the main pool, especially for families with babies or toddlers. Be sure to check the pool depth before entering through the middle stairs. My wife, who is about 5’5”, entered the pool through the middle stairs while holding our toddler, not realizing the water was approximately 5.4 feet deep. Both ended up going underwater, and thankfully, someone nearby was able to help them. We’ve stayed...

「Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.」

「Service is fantastic. Staff really go above and beyond to make your trip feel special. Food is great. Make sure you ask about all food allergies, as some menu item’s dietary warnings do not match actual ingredients, but the staff are more than knowledgeable enough to warn against potential issues! Pool was amazing, and there were always chairs available! Butler service and cart service were incredibly useful and always available. Rooms were cleaned constantly. Regret leaving so soon, and looking...

「El lugar muy agradable y limpio, solo hubo problema al hacer el check in, no había nadie, no tenía instrucciones claras y después de que me comuniqué, la persona que nos recibió tardó 20 min en llegar」

「Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus.」

「This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...
