「This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

「My family has stayed at several all inclusive resorts in the Cancun, Rivera Mya, & Tulum areas. The resort was clean and staff were very helpful & kind. But, there were several things I wish had been better & I will likely not stay at this particular resort again because of the following. 1. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on a box spring. 2. Of all the many restaurants on site only 2 were open (The Truck, & Buffett). 3. The food was ok, but not...

「i want to preface this with the knowledge that we were at the resort during low season so some things were scaled down. the grounds are beautiful and the landscaping is well kept. lots of animals/birds to see. staff were mostly decent but only a few were above average. buffet food was very repetitive in all the hotels as we made our way around trying to find the best option. (more on this later) the ala cart's we booked were mediocre at best. the carts to take you around are plentiful and always...
