The ocean was barely visible from our room and we had NO outside furniture. The room was remodeled in 2023 but it had a lot to be desired, the shower flooded the whole bathroom everytime we showered because of very poor design. The front desk woman that checked us in had an attitude and left nothing on our not getting a room before she left with anyone at the front desk, this caused a lot of confusion. The food was subpar at best, the liquor selection was awful and not anything I have ever seen at an all inclusive resort. We had our own pool for ocean view rooms but it had NO chairs and a large percentage of the tiles were missing from it. The websites states it has 3 swim up bars, LIES, there was only 1! The photos on all websites are touched up, the resort is NOT that clean and is in need of major maintenance. We would NEVER suggest this resort to anyone. STAY AWAY!

Habitación descuidada no limpiarón todos los días. El baño con la alcachora rota. No incluye bebidas como ron negro. No incluye todas las zonas del hotel. Fachadas descuidadas. El personal del mostrador muy amable pero no soluciona nada. Comida regular y las fotos de internet están desactualizadas. No existen los jacuzzis frente al mar y los edificios de primera línea están medio en ruinas, las tejas les faltan a muchos y podría seguir hasta el infinito.

We loved our stay at the Grand Oasis! I find it hard to believe some of the negative reviews I've read about this place. Our room was brand new and spotless. It was extremely spacious and the decor and lighting were very well chosen. The shower was amazing. The food at the resort is a real strong selling point - we loved the mexican a la carte, and maki taco was also great. Buffets can often be a weak point, but we found this one to be really high quality! Service was amazing across the board, with a special mention to the staff at the kids club who were really lovely, professional, and caring. Our daughter loved going. If I were pressed to find one negative thing to say, and this is very minor, some of the older photos show more stuff for kids in the pool, which seems to have been removed in recent years. (Slides, structures, etc.) Overall, for us, this place gets full marks - we would love to return and stay here again.

Todo bien, desde la llegada te reciben con amabilidad, el hotel y habitaciones limpias y bonitas, excelente atención, teníamos reservadas habitaciones estandar y nos ofrecieron up grade sin costo extra, habitaciones con vista al mar muy buen detalle,comida muy bien, gracias gran oasis. It was my first time out of the country! I loved the experience, staff was super nice wish they spoke more english as some staff had a hard time trying to figure out certain words. It wasnt that big of a problem as i understand going to a different country with a different main language will be hard. Overall would definitely recommend it to friends and family or go again.

El hotel acaba de renovarse pero me ver areas que no le dieron mantenimiento, me tocó una habitación con la caja fuerte sin funcoonar, lozas de piso sueltas en los pasillos, elevador sin funcionar, pocos lugares de camastro en area de playa. El vigilante de la entrada fue despectivo, del personal en general buena onda, mi especial recomendación a las chicas de la cafeteria, muy atentas y sociables, el personal del restaurante el sarape mismo caso y el guarda vidas también muy atento con la gente.
