「We booked an upgraded master suite with rooftoop pool. We were given a completely different room that wasn't even close to the room I booked thru Expedia. Then they shifted us to another room and even that was not tye room we booked. We were so frustrated by tuat time, we just stayed in a lower category room anyway. Management and admin is awful here!!!」

「Highly recommend finding another place to stay in Coba or elsewhere. This place is clearly gearing up to be sold. Almost no staff around, and limited service.
We booked this hotel to use the complimentary bikes and access to spa services as provided in the description when booking as we wanted to bike to the Coban ruins. They did not have these, so we decided to check out the next day. The front desk manager, who had no idea of anything going on, checked us out and said we would be refunded...

「Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. 」
