We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coco Unlimited. Our room was less than 100 steps to the shore and we could hear the ocean waves from our room which was so lovely. It was also close enough to the "strip" where there were many restaurants and clubs, but it was far enough away that it was quiet at night time. Coco is also about 3 minutes walk away from a GoMart where you can get snacks and drinks for a fair price. The hotel itself is showing some wear and tear but overall was kept clean, the gardens were well maintained and the pool was attended to regularly and was very clear and refreshing. The restaurant was great, had a good selection of included breakfast options and was all made to order. It also included a cup of coffee and a fresh juice (watermelon was our favorite). We ate at the restaurant outside of the included breakfast a couple of times and enjoyed our meals at those times too. The staff were all friendly and front desk gave us some activity suggestions. We would stay at Coco again.

Hotel staff was amazing. So kind & friendly. The food in their restaurant was sooo good! We loved everything. We had the master suite facing the ocean with a huge balcony & jacuzzi & sofa set outside. . Stunning suite. Hot water in the shower , huge Bluetooth speaker , robes , beach towels. Since the suite is directly over the restaurant , we found 2 roaches in our shower area & one in the outdoor jacuzzi. On our first day , the bed sheet was stained & I found a hair so I don't think it was a clean sheet. The hotel has a taxi service that will pick you up at the airport & take you back. I recommend arranging that before you leave home. It's pricey but worth your safety. All in all , I'd definitely return but maybe stay in a different suite not so close to the restaurant.

Female solo traveller. I stayed 2 nights. I was there for the beautiful sand and water. I felt safe for the whole stay. Food and drink was acceptable. Nice and quiet at night. A friend stayed 10 minutes south from Coco Unlimited and she complained about the loud music at night. Overall, very happy with my stay. Would come again and recommend to friends and family.

Coco had some of the best food we had during our time in Tulum, especially the included breakfast! The staff were friendly and our room was huge. Also a great location to walk to any and all bars and restaurants.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel in direkter Strandlage. Tolles Frühstück und guter, freundlicher Service. Parkplätze sind teilweise recht eng und der Schlüssel muss bei der Security abgegeben werden. WLAN deckt nicht alle Bereiche ab. Strand leider Jahreszeitbedingt mit Seegras bedeckt.

Loved my stay however music was a bit too loud and seemed to be toward a younger crowd. I’m in my 50’s and looked like most people there were not there to party. Enjoyed food there but the music made the experience not as enjoyable. Also they have speakers near the pool which is loud if you wanted to nap in your room. They will turn it off at the pool if you ask.

Bring clothes for morning yoga. That was the best surprise. The pool was used in morning for scuba lessons if you're interested. Very good teacher. There's a shared kitchen so you can make your own meals but don't miss out on local exotic cuisine!

It’s my 3rd time in Tulum , I’m am so disappointed with the service from the stuff although the property was beautiful and clean stayed in room #2 but the stuff and the lady manager was horrible , didn’t want to give me glass cups had to pay for hot water in the evening, not nice feeling of doing me a favour I brought 11 people to this hotel to stay as a girls trip and was terribly disappointed by the service of the place

We absolutely loved our five night stay at Coco Unlimited. This resort is perfect for those who want a stay directly on the beach with a restaurant that has good food and drinks. It’s a low-key vibe, but a short walk down the road brings you to higher energy places if you want to mix it up. The included breakfast was good every morning which came with an entree, toast plate and coffee/juice. The beach and ocean view were stunning. Half the trip there was seaweed, but then the winds changed and the beaches were pristine. Plenty of day beds and seating. The pool was also clean and very relaxing. Every employee was helpful and kind. We rented a car and drove from Cancun. There was free parking and we never had an issue. Our room had a sea view and was close to the pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better room. They refill your water jug daily and clean the room when you hang up the sign. Not to mention hot water for the shower and good water pressure. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. We loved it!

The staff was fantastic. The restaurant was great with terrific service and good food. The beach club uncrowded. The location on the beach perfect. The mattress do as ones to be changed and the pillows upgraded. Since most beds in the area use concrete frames a good mattress and better pillows are essential for gu it’s comfort. Other than that I highly recommend.

After arriving to this hotel i realized quickly it looked nothing at all like the pictures. The water in the bathroom sinks and shower wete salty and felt like ice water . The rooms were not in great condition.They also do not provide guests with water bottles at all they provide a container of water to each room which I'm not sure it's safe to drink . The clean towels provided daily had stains and at check out we were charged for makeup on a towel and when i asked why i was being charged for this the explanation was they do not have their towels deep cleaned The breakfast took a very long time to get it and the QR code for the menu in the room never worked and kept giving an error. The taxi service used are not consistent with their pricing and tried to charged full price for canceling which was due to flight cancelation from the weather. Even though they would need to pick us up later and charged us a different price. I would never stay here again or recommend this place which is unfortunate because the staff was amazing and nice. These issues stem from hotel management.
