Excellent location with beach access, we did not mind the “all sand” pathways, the beach as in all of Tulum and the Caribbean is covered with seaweed, but is still nice for a long walk, parking and restaurant on the premises are very convenient and the food is excellent. We had a large room with ocean view a kitchen, ample bathroom and a balcony. We loved it.

Had an amazing stay at MIA. The location is perfect—right on the beachfront—with a great-sized pool and genuinely friendly staff (special shoutout to Anna!). One of the highlights was the beachside massage setup—super relaxing and thoughtfully done. Our room had stunning views of both the ocean and pool, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just incredible. The bathroom was spacious and laid out well. Overall, such a serene and memorable experience—I’d absolutely come back.

Great hotel! I loved the beach club, it was amazing. The hotel is in the middle of Tulum Beach, you can walk to the restaurants, bars and other spots and don’t have to spend money on cab.

We Stayed 20 days. The kind staff, breakfasts and morning yoga with Sol were amazing. However, I wish the place focus more on welnes as they claim. ​The daytime atmosphere was unbearable. Deafening party music blasted by the pool from 11 AM to 8 PM daily. It was impossible to relax. We, and other guests, were forced to escape to nearby cenotes just to find peace. ​We complained multiple times. Zero improvement. Management claimed loud music increases spending. The reality? It drove everyone away. Nobody buys drinks if the noise forces them to leave. Management must realize guests cannot party nonstop from morning to night. ​A beautiful property completely ruined by an inappropriate, forced club vibe.

Staff were fantastic, beautiful stretch of beach front property and nice pool. Free parking was great. The music was loud some days but was done by a decent time at night so it didn’t bother us at all. Breakfast started at 8am, we thought it started at 7 so just to be aware of. I tried the free yoga one morning and really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious, there are a few options to chose from and all made fresh to order. Would recommend.

The location is amazing, the view is to die for. The breakfast is not good. I only had it on my last morning there just to try it out, and it was disappointing. Staff at the beach club is a hit or miss, they could be more attentive.

We had an amazing stay at Mia Tulum! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. A special thank you to Francisco, Anna, Carlos, and Antonio—each of them went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Our room was consistently spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority throughout the property. The amenities were well-maintained, and even the shared spaces and restrooms were always very clean, which we really appreciated. The food was also a highlight—delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal we had was enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend!

We are a family of 6, 4 kids ages range from 6-12. This was our first time in Mexico. We had an amazing time at Mía and in Tulum in general. The beach was incredible even with the sargassum. The pool was great for our kids. The rooms were good. Loved having a balcony we could relax on. The staff was top notch. Everyone was so friendly especially Francisco. The included breakfast was fantastic with many choices. The food at the restaurant was good but pricey. Restaurants along the beach strip are expensive but expected in a tourist area. There is a convenience store nearby.

The staff was incredible! The room was great too, but did smell a little bit throughout the day. The seal on the tub needed new calk, so it did leak a little. Third floor guests I would recommend being eye masks for the light to creep in above the doors. Would 100% stat again.
