Had an amazing stay at MIA. The location is perfect—right on the beachfront—with a great-sized pool and genuinely friendly staff (special shoutout to Anna!). One of the highlights was the beachside massage setup—super relaxing and thoughtfully done. Our room had stunning views of both the ocean and pool, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just incredible. The bathroom was spacious and laid out well. Overall, such a serene and memorable experience—I’d absolutely come back.

I had a great stay at Mía Tulum Beach Resort. The resort was very clean throughout, including the rooms and showers, and the staff did an excellent job keeping the beach clear of sargassum. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. I also really enjoyed the smaller, cozy atmosphere of the resort—it felt relaxing without being boring, with plenty to do nearby. Free self-parking was a big plus and made it easy to explore the area. The only minor downside is that some fixtures show wear from the beach environment and could use a bit more frequent maintenance. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely return.

We could see the ocean from our room, but set back behind one set of buildings. You could still hear the sound of the ocean and the music playing in the beach restaurant.

Loved everything Mia - the room, ocean view, morning beachside yoga, great staff and restaurant. Walking distance to cenotes, music and very good restaurants. Dancing girls on the beach and all-afternoon DJ not our thing but that’s part of the vibe. Our only complaint was about the Reggae bar two doors down that was extremely loud until after 11pm. But it was overall lovely and a great value.

Great hotel! I loved the beach club, it was amazing. The hotel is in the middle of Tulum Beach, you can walk to the restaurants, bars and other spots and don’t have to spend money on cab.

We stayed in a Teepee on the beach- used the public bathrooms. The public bathrooms were gross but all public bathrooms are- bring disposable toilet covers/witch hazel/wipes/hand sanitizer/etc. There is an option to stay in a teepee by the bathrooms. I could not recommend against that enough/ it smells horrible down there :) The teepee on the beach was so nice. It seemed like we were the only ones staying in those ones. There was this nice little area right outside of it with beach chairs and beds, shades, trees, a little outside shower, and then the beach was literally right there. Very nice. Staff was nice. Helpful and informative. The complementary breakfast was good.

The location is amazing, the view is to die for. The breakfast is not good. I only had it on my last morning there just to try it out, and it was disappointing. Staff at the beach club is a hit or miss, they could be more attentive.

Staff were fantastic, beautiful stretch of beach front property and nice pool. Free parking was great. The music was loud some days but was done by a decent time at night so it didn’t bother us at all. Breakfast started at 8am, we thought it started at 7 so just to be aware of. I tried the free yoga one morning and really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious, there are a few options to chose from and all made fresh to order. Would recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Mia Tulum! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. A special thank you to Francisco, Anna, Carlos, and Antonio—each of them went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Our room was consistently spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority throughout the property. The amenities were well-maintained, and even the shared spaces and restrooms were always very clean, which we really appreciated. The food was also a highlight—delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal we had was enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend!
