「Excellent customer service!!! Peaceful, especially the Zen Pool and Zen Lobby. Kids club had activities every hour. Everyone is kind, always greeting, attentive and welcoming. All restaurants are excellent! We can’t wait to go back. 5 days went by like 5 hours. Very very highly recommend it to families with younger kids or teenagers. 」

「This was our 9th visit and as usual it was wonderful. Food was better than ever and everyone was super friendly. Check in / check out was very easy and fast. Pool was emasculate and activities going on all day. Buffet was themed daily and Los Morelos formal was exquisite. Pool food and bar was fun and good. 」
