The pool time ending at 6 pm which is terrible. Lots of restaurants were limited for adults only. There was no restaurants and foods on the beach. There was no good show. There was no night club just a small sport club and no live music. There was just two similar restaurants for launch. There was no facility for water sports like Volleyball on the pools.

The experience was amazing! This was our second time at the Majestic Costa Mujeres and it was the best! The property is incredibly clean, all the staff work hard to keep it inmaculate. The rooms are gorgeous and super comfortable. Our view was to the pools and oxean view. The service and the hospitality of the personal is incredible. All the persons were always smiling and super friendly. The girls of the kids club Alondra, Diana, and Estrella celebrated the bday of my daughters and make ir so memorable. I can not thank them enough to make her experience unique and make us feel like home. The best kids club and entreteinment team. All the restaurants

Good food, except Japanese. Clean and new. Bed comfortable. Put net barriers at safety line out at sea to prevent seaweed from coming into swimming area. Have a bar on the beach. More smoking sections.

It was very easy to get around and locate various locations. (-) lack of evening entertainment. Karaoke bar is not sufficient after a ver brief music 1 hour event. Staff was very helpful. Appeared to be a communication gap when requesting repairs that existed when we checked in. Faucet was leaking, still leaking when we checked out. Overall good.

For how expensive this resort is they still try to charge you for EVERYTHING the check in staff is rude and unhelpful! The rooms are dirty and everything is falling apart I got bit by a spider inside the room and they told me nothing they can do about it all I wanted was alcohol and cortisone they told me to go to pharmacy or doctor where it would cost $80!! Look away and book elsewhere!!!

The Property was very safe from the moment you entered the resort. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Whatever you needed they were on it ! ! It was the cleanest resort I have ever been to . The food was amazing ! They provided a lot of options for even the pickiest person . We stayed on the adult portion . Our bartender Alvaro in the INFINITY pool was phenomenal! ! Made the best drinks ever ! I will definitely go back to this resort in the future

There are multiple food options. The food was good. However, a dress code and booking is required to eat at maybe 2 or 3 of the restaurants. The staff were super helpful and very invested in my experience. They wanted to be sure we had a great time. Housekeeping came daily and made sure everything was cleaned/restocked. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely return.

Prior to my stay, I try to set up a service. I emailed multiple times and called the first day. I got there. I asked to speak to the manager believe her name was Vanessa. She said she cannot accommodate me like it is my fault that the hotel did not reach out to me to try to get a service done. I wanted roses pedals . Then I got charged for the second person when I chose two in the start. Expedia was not able to get a response from the hotel

La mayoría de los restaurantes casi nunca podias ir a comer pq no tenian capacidad de empleados para atenderte. El buffet tenia mucho calor y mucho de los empleados tenian muy mala forma e educación. Este hotel no es económico y espere un mejor servicio y atención. No lo recomiendo!
