「This place was just what we needed. We came here for some rest and relaxation and that is exactly what we got. If you are looking for a party resort, this place is not for you! It’s still very new and not everything is complete or worked out. We expected a few hiccups and they didn’t bother us. The rooms: We got a privilege ocean view room. It was worth the extra $$. It was ridiculously spacious with tons of closet space, living area, 2 full bathrooms, and an amazing view. The bed was amazing....

「Place was very clean, staff we lovely. Lots of food options and snacks. We were pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to star class which allowed us an additional pool and restaurants. We had our favourite bar tender Louie (his name tag was MIA so not sure it in spelling it correctly) who worked in the premiere bar & lounge, he was so funny and always remembered our drink orders! We had a swim out in our room and it was worth the upgrade, so nice and refreshing! We will be back again for sure!」

「The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and dripping water. The room smelled of latex paint and we had to change rooms and hotels the next day.」

「This place is great. Food is great, rooms are clean and up to date, property grounds are well kept and it’s quiet. Great for our family of five. If wanting more action, head to the royal sands and checkout an entirely different experience with the beach to larger property grounds. The water park is also a nice addition. We like to explore different areas and countries, but it will be hard not to come back to this place on our next trip. All staff were exceptional as well. 」
