We loved this resort! Beautiful grounds, great staff! Privelege is worth the upgrade. Beach is beautiful. The rooftop area to sunbathe has a bar, a pool and lots of beds. We enjoyed everything. Would definitely stay again!! Service was outstanding.

Not a single detail was missed when it came to the service at this new resort. I’m so glad I chose to spend my birthday at Ocean Allure. They took great care of me and truly went above and beyond especially Victor, Joel, and Julio. They helped decorate the cabana I rented, made sure we had impeccable service, and even left me with a handmade plaque to remember my trip. This is a young resort that’s already off to a great start. The service and hospitality are unmatched. My party and I also brought small bills for tipping. Here are a few additional upgrades and experiences from my stay: -Private Cabana: 4/5 stars (I would have preferred a more private or intimate location) -Hydrotherapy Spa, Massage, and Facial: 5/5 stars – incredibly relaxing! I can’t recall the names of the two women who helped me, but they were wonderful. -Swim-up Room: 5/5 stars The resort also had plenty of activities; from bowling and a night lounge to a foam party. There were also quieter options like relaxing pools, a lazy river, and a beautiful beach with plenty of shaded chairs. Daily activities were easy to find and plan through the resort app. Now let’s talk about the FOOD. We really enjoyed the buffet and actually wished it was offered for dinner as well. The dinner restaurants, however, weren’t our favorite. Many of the dishes felt very Americanized, and we wished it was more authentic. The quality in that area could definitely be improved. Overall, though, this was an amazing trip!

The pool was fine. The resort was brand new but had some issues. Paint spots on the floor, loose toilet paper dispenser and few loose tiles throughout the resort. On the other hand the staff was amazing. Gabriela, our butler went above and beyond. Although the sports bar was usually pretty busy Omar the bartender had a new drink ready the moment mine was empty. Everly at the privilege restaurant was also super sweet and attentive.

Just left this resort a week ago and it was the best week of my life! A group of 7 of us booked this resort prior to its opening with no expectation on how our experience would go, and this resort/people blew any expectation we had out of the water. All inclusives can be known for mediocre food, which is something I’ve experienced. However we tried all of the restaurants and buffets and the food was SO good I personally thought La Locanda, Margarita, and Blue Moon were the best, even over the reservation restaurants! We learned the previous resort used to be a family resort and they kept some of the fun features such as bowling, the wave rider, and lazy pool which makes this adults only special and way more fun. The best part about this resort is those who work there, they are all so friendly, kind, and caring which truly makes the whole experience a 5/5. Shoutout to Joel, Victor, Nataly, and Luis who made our experience so amazing by being so personable and fun and helping us with such things like booking reservations, sending things like water to our room when needed, and even cleaning our sunglasses. Shoutout to the lazy river bartenders where we spent the most of our time specifically Francisco who was so nice, fun, and makes a great drink, our favorite bartender! As well, shoutout to Rueben at Pez Dama for being our favorite server, he knows how to show you a good time and is very attentive! Also, Louise from their travel area in the main lobby was so helpful booking us

Our room had an ocean view with everything you need. The entertainment staff (Mario, Maria, Victor, Axel and Janet) along with the DJ did a fantastic job to get people involved in activities. Guest service was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Shout out to Christopher, Joel, Victor and Nataly to make us feel special. We loved playing pickleball every morning (court space could be a bit bigger) but still nice courts.

The resort is amazing and food was fantastic, but the best part, hands down was the staff! Joey, Victor, and Natalie at the pool were so helpful and SOOOO much fun! The first day they came by to welcome us to the resort and it quickly turned into our group looking forward to saying hi every day and getting to hangout and talk. From the bracelets to the sand art, to making sure everything during our stay was the best it could be, we couldn’t ask for better friends to be watching out for us on our trip! They went above and beyond with Joey even coming in early on our departure day to say goodbye! Our group genuinely misses getting to see them and can’t wait to be back. Also a special shout to to Francisco at the lazy river swim up bar. He was on top of it and by the end of the trip knew my order the second we saw each other, keep rocking the double glasses, only you can pull it off!

We had ocean view. Regardless of view the room was beautiful and comfortable amenities were so thoughtful like slippers and steamer. And when something was missing like small washroom light for nighttime they added it next day Really appreciated special kindness and care to their jobs from Nataly in guest services who kept in touch with me thru WhatsApp and Lucio our fav barista who brought energy in his greetings and cafe!!! Thanks to everyone as they were all so amazing

The pool was nice, but cold. Beach was nice. Biggest issue is the dinner situation. There is no buffet dinner and it takes a long time to be seated and recieve your food. Over an hour and a half just to be seated.

The property is well planned with a few pools and a great beach with a lot of shaded seats, but please note that the south building overlooks the nearest hotel and not the sea. The rooms are sold as sea view rooms. You might catch a piece of the sea if you go out to the balcony and lean out. The north building has sea view. The rooms themselves are very nice. The food is quite good and the lines are not long. It’s easy to get a place in the restaurants. There are a lot of activities and the staff is very friendly.

The staff and facility itself were amazing. However, we will not be going back. We spent extra for the "Privilege Package" on an all-inclusive because the variety of restaurants and how good they all looked. Turns out when you order a "steak", its a super thin slice of bland ribeye on a tiny bed of sweet potato slices. I thought it was just a one-off, but the food consistently "meh" and the only way we found good food was to either scour the buffets or go out searching. You could "upgrade" to actual good food at meals, but you were going to be spending hundreds of extra dollars...even though this was the "Privilege" restaurants that required a reservations. We also got all dressed up to do to "Casino Night" at the Sports Bar. But after waiting well past the supposed start time, they just came in with BINGO... There was only three rounds and your prize for winning was a free shot, at the place where shots are free, lol. Our butler, Anni, was phenomenal and the staff were super friendly and attentive. It's just the business model thats the problem. What they are actually providing to the customers does not match the price point. You can absolutely get more bang for your buck outside of this place.

This was my 8th resort trip and I would rate it #8 on the list. NOT good!!! The staff was horrible!!!. I can deal with bad food, the freezing pool, the flimsy rooms, and the subpar resort itself but bad service is where I draw the line. Maybe I’m just use to Secrets Resorts where everyone speaks and is helpful. These people ignore you and then treat you as if they don’t want you there. They seemed tired and bothered. So I would never consider going back.

The service was horrible. Waited long for food waited long to be waited on. Dismissive attitudes when brought up. Everyone seemed annoyed to work. Went with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday and was excited about this resort. We left feeling very disappointed. We rarely got approached and waited on staff near the pool area however many other guest did. It was very noticeable to my group and myself. Outlets in the room didn’t work. My room was not prepared for my arrival as I didn’t receive the complimentary bag, nor the room amenities such as wash clothes, robes and slippers. The assistant manager over food and beverage Albeurto was the rudest person we met, after letting him know that we had waited for a 1h 30 for food to arrive. Very dismissive and poor attitude so bad that it had to be escalated to a higher hotel manager. We got to the restaurant at 6 when it opened we didn’t get food until 730. It arrived cold and we waited even longer for condiments. It was a disaster. Staff refused to get a manger or give corporate number. Became rude when it was requested. Even going as far as saying no manager was there. The activity staff did great and kept guest entertained. Love the pool and the beach area. Luis one of the head managers was awesome and did his best to be accommodating once complaints were brought to him. Spa was amazing as well. Those are the only things to save this review. The margarita restaurant staff was so kind. Thank you to Nahdila and Cesar.

We were privilege but definitely no need to upgrade was fun to experience for once but it wouldn’t be something we would add again. Loved having the bracelet for the room key!! Property is stunning and smells good-although if you are sensitive to scents I wouldn’t even consider this property as at times I even thought it was too strong. The room is beautiful. Gym is well equipped. We sat at the main pool & were well taken care of. Entertainment crew came by every morning and informed us of the activities and didn’t pressure you to join. I agree with other posts saying they need to up their game in the music selection! Bowling was actually really fun! Did it twice. Go to the acrobatic show on Wednesday in the theater it was phenomenal!!! Fire show was ok - Would have been better if the had set up a bar. We participated in crafts -definitely go early as fills up. It was genuinely so fun but didn’t like that staff requested you to post a google review. Maybe just say “if you enjoyed the class let others know.” We went to the lobby bar before dinner to play games (brought from home). Nice way to kill time beforehand. They gave you peanuts /pretzels. Ocean burger was good and we thought the buffet was fine too. We did eat lunch at Pez Dama & highly recommend the Baja Tacos! Mike’s coffee delicious and had a few snacky things favorites: peanut butter chocolate muffins and oatmeal cookies. Our favorite restaurant was Sakura. Beach was picturesque.
