After reading some questionable reviews online we were nervous to come here. After an 8-day stay here I'm convinced that many of the reviews we see online that are negative are either faults or people that feel like they're entitled to everything. We had nothing but an amazing experience here. The staff the food the drinks the facility were all beyond amazing. We stayed for 8 days and had nothing but a good time. We travel a lot to many all inclusives and we have yet to go back to one a second time but this one will be different for us as we are already planning to go back next year. We have never felt so welcome and so taken care of. Our Butler Maria was always going above and beyond doing things for us like decorating our room setting up a special romantic bath and everything things we didn't even ask for. There was always plenty of food and it was always so good. We were always able to find places to sit when we wanted to go around the pools and the staff are right there always offering to get us anything we wanted. There are so many bars around the properties and they make the best drinks that we've ever had anywhere. We were worried about the water being cold and that was not the case. Using an app we never found any water less than 74°, and that was in our swim-up. The pools are heated if you get in them you will find places where the hot water is coming into them they are just big pools and lots of wind unfortunately cool them down. A+++++++

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 5-star resort in Cancun. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is stunning, very clean, and perfectly maintained. All the staff were polite at all times and always willing to help with a smile. Their service truly made our experience even better. The childcare services and water park were great, perfect for families and kept the kids entertained the entire time. The food was excellent, with many delicious options to choose from every day. The beach was gorgeous, with clear water and soft sand—perfect for relaxing. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Our family of four (parents and two teenagers) had a great holiday here! The resort is very new and the grounds are beautiful. The water slides and small lazy river were lots of fun. In addition to the buffet we also dined at the steakhouse, Japanese teppanyaki restaurant and French restaurant. Staff member Lalo was a huge help with making reservations, arranging a late check out, supplying beach towels and going above and beyond with birthday decorations and special extras. There is some seaweed in the ocean and on the beach but we still had a great time swimming and enjoying the cabanas. Our family loved our stay and would definitely come back for another holiday!

Just got back from Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres and honestly—easy 5 stars. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. Our butler, Val, was absolutely incredible. Every time we needed anything, she was there immediately—friendly, attentive, and truly made the whole experience seamless. 100% worth it. Huge shoutout to Israel at the main bar—this guy is next level. We gave him a rough idea of what we liked and just let him do his thing… and wow. Every drink he made was creative and spot-on. Easily one of the highlights of the trip. The room was amazing—we stayed in a Sky View plunge pool suite with a king bed and absolutely loved it. Nothing but great things to say. Having that private plunge pool and the overall setup just made the experience even better. The food? Five stars across the board. The Italian restaurant was so good we kept going back for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And the steakhouse… unreal. Anything you order, you’re going to love. The nighttime entertainment was a blast every single night. The Queen tribute show was incredible, the Michael Jackson performance was seriously impressive, and everything they put on was just fun and high energy. We looked forward to it every night. The entire resort delivers—service, atmosphere, food, everything. Couldn’t say enough good things. And oddly enough… best resort hair dryers ever. No joke. My wife hasn’t stopped talking about it—they’re that good. We’ll definitely be back.

There’s really no such thing as a true five-out-of-five in my opinion — and the reality is I probably can’t afford the kind of place that would actually deserve that rating. That being said, this resort came pretty close. We went with another family - four kids between the ages of three and eleven - and everyone had an incredible time. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The amenities are excellent, the gym is fantastic, and the entertainment throughout the resort was great. The kids’ club is very good, although I would say it’s best suited for kids who are a bit past the toddler stage. The food was consistently very good, and the beach, pools, and water park were all highlights for the kids. Overall, we had an amazing stay and genuinely have no complaints. I would absolutely recommend it.

We just returned from a 5 night stay and the resort was amazing. We loved that our room had a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, huge balcony, and direct access to the kids pools. The girls who run the kids club did a fantastic job with all the kids and were actively engaged in entertaining them with different activities every day. Food was great, beach was beautiful, and customer service throughout the resort was top notch!

We came here with our daughter’s family, including 3 boys aged 0-5, and stayed a few additional days after they left. We all had a great time, sampling the various restaurants, pools, including our personal rooftop pool, and the beach. The resort put on multiple shows, including a well-executed Mexican fiesta, and music was everywhere, whether piped in or one of many live performers. The staff are very attentive and we found they often went over and above, and everyone friendly and welcoming.

We recently stayed 9 nights at Majestic Mirage for our anniversary in an ocean-facing rooftop pool room, and overall we had a wonderful vacation. The room itself was fantastic—spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the mini fridge was stocked daily, which we really appreciated. One small thing we did miss was the aromatherapy in the room, which we had when we stayed at Majestic Elegance next door previously. It was such a nice touch there. Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was very clean every day, and Vicky (our room attendant) made sure we always had plenty of fresh towels and everything we needed. Her attention to detail was appreciated. The staff throughout the resort were truly the highlight of our stay. A special thank you to Fili, one of the bartenders, who was super personable, friendly, and kind. He always took the time to talk with us, make great drinks and made every visit to the bar fun. José Louis, another bartender, was also fantastic and provided great service. Our butler Ana was sweet and helpful, always checking in and making sure we were taken care of. At the Italian restaurant for breakfast and lunch, Gasper and the lovely hostess there ( forgot her name sorry) were incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to please. The food there was great and we looked forward to going back. We had a great 9-night stay, and the wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, and relaxing atmosphere made for a memorable vacation.

The spa was amazing and our butler was equally amazing. However the buildings and rooms did not appear to be new. The walls in many places were patched up. Often i found my self questioning how it could only be a few months old
