「Hands down the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. Charming white stucco villas with red tile roofs, unbelievably CLEAN, very quiet and calm, not a party hotel, warm saltwater pools, super safe, almost like its own little village, incredibly friendly staff, yummy restaurants. Book through the resort website instead of Expedia and definitely get the all-inclusive package (even if you don’t drink) with airport transportation. My single complaint is that the air conditioner is super loud. But I cannot...

「The staff was extremely nice and courteous. The grounds were well kept. We especially enjoyed the complimentary boat shuttle to the sister resort. 」

Everything was perfect except air conditioner in room made loud rumbling sound for 4 minutes each, then shut off and would return every 15 minutes keep us up most of the night. Please fix it. Other than that the hotel was clean, very central and with very attentive staffs. Breakfast was the best, lunch and dinner were average.」

「The room is always clean. The cleaning staff/wait staff/ front desk/ security/ bellboys are friendly and approachable. The pool always has fresh water and minimal chlorine in it. It is family-friendly, my son has special needs and we stay here for 6 days. I feel safe around the staff and patrons in here. I definitely highly recommend this place. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟」
