Stuff is Bad and incompetent, few people not enough to serve everybody, few waiters and atendente, antipathetic and slow. rooms has bad smell because of bad air condition. Restaurantes are small and crowded e long time waiting on foot to get a table with bad food and bad service. Elevators was broken for two day and we were obliged to use stairs for 5 flores. It was a bad experience I will not go back and I don´t recommend for every body, It dosen´t worth it, price is not so good for what you recive. it´s expensive .

The reservations for the restaurants is annoying and very frustrating. We only got to eat at one restaurant because one staff member so kindly booked it for us when she wasnt supposed to.

Rooms were in moderate condition on a budget friendly plan. We had to keep A/C on consistently to ensure the mold smell coming from the ductwork stayed away. We had split two rooms and in room 1 the toilet worked well. However in room 2 the toilet barely worked. An 11 year old clogged it twice as it had no suction. Back to Rm. 1... one of the can lights in the room started blinking randomly every 30 seconds so we had to call the repairman to fix it. Food was a wide selection, but the buffet style foods seemed like they were reused leftovers from the restaurants on the premises which may help keep the costs down? The alcohol selection was subpar. Best vodka they had was Skyy. No special tequila tastings or speciality cocktails for the day like other resorts. On the drink menu they had 16 different yet "typical" drinks Mango Margarita was on point with Skyy Vodka. Concierge folks were helpful in booking dinners, bar folks and waiting staff were all great and very courteous though could use a bit more "cleaning" of tables and chair linens as they were often dirty from the kids who ate in the chair before you. As an FYI. they make you actually "checkout" to cut wristband off and take the "keyfob" back from you, so build that 20 to 30 minutes into your departure schedule... Last portion of my review was the activities folks booking tourists near the pool. There is one young guy and one old guy the older fellow was not too helpful. Younger guy was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Two things for improvement. They were a little pushy about taking a free excursion to learn more about Occidental vacations and were slow to take no for answer. Secondly they really need to add more Mexican food to the menu. Get rid of the hotdogs and pre frozen hamburgers. I loved the dinners on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Staff on site are wonderful. Super helpful and always friendly. We would stay again.

Property seems to be falling apart. The lock in my room came out of the wall and there was construction going on in the room next door. To my dislike, all drinks seemed sweetened with artificial sweeteners (alcoholic or not).

Rooms are outdated… workers are loud and start their around 6am so be prepared for early wake up… staff are friendly but they need more staff to accommodate everyone…. There was one waitress for the bar around the pool area…. Food is horrible…

My stay wasn't good nor bad. What i liked about the hotel was the food, great staff, and how clean it is. Vanilly the waiter is the best, since our 1st day he became part of our stay. Always greeted us with a smile, and our last night there we went to see him to get our last hug. Sadly i believe there was more that we didn't like. The rooms were smaller than we thought. The beach gave me a rash and red dots on my skin. The life guards applied some ointments but did very little. I asked the front desk for a doctor, but I was told that I had to pay since they were not responsible. On another day we had went to have lunch, and we left our belongings on the chairs. When we returned, my inhaler was stolen. Why someone would steal an inhaler is beyond me. I went to the front desk to let the management know, and nothing was done about it. I had to walk 10 minutes from the resort to the nearest pharmacy and purchase a new one for 500 pesos. The manager said again that it wasn't there responsibility for stolen items, although they have cameras. The pool was clean but very cold. The day time entertainment could be a lot better. From my personal opinion, if the resort is in Mexico, play Mexican music. Be proud of your heritage. Why have entertainment from a Dominican Republic band if your hotel is in Mexico? Again that is just my personal opinion.

room felt neglected. there were ants in the room due-to which i got stung. the housekeeping made me wash the bedding by hand just to show them that the stains of makeup and blood (i got hurt) are removable which they stated was otherwise and had imposed a replacement charge on me . the staff was not helpful and cooperative . every service staff has problems and will work only if you tip beforehand . terrible stay
