We have stayed here several times and have enjoyed it each time. Beds were great, ac worked well, bathrooms were up to date. Our room had a balcony looking at the pool which was amazing. The breakfast showcased fresh and yummy food. I am a very picky eater and my husband eats everything but we were both happily surprised. Mini fridge in the room.

Very helpful staff. Safe and clean hotel. Couldn’t take advantage of the happy hour but for what I heard is really good. Bed and pillows a little too soft for my liking but other than that it was a great stay.

The greatest hotel to estay in Cancun. Extremely clean and all the staff y very helpful and courteous. Shout out for the bellman Mauro, hes recomendations to places to visit and restaurants around the area. Thank for the hospitality. Definitely will be back.
