Beautiful room always well cleaned Stayed with 2 kids ages 8 and 6 While they had alot of fun we didn’t feel as though this was luxury. We had heard from ppl who were there last year that the food was amazing but we did not have the same experience. The food was acceptable. We do not usually stay in all inclusives so we have a higher standard in regards to food but it will still disappointing. Also there was no lazy river. The adult pool was very nice, the kids club is fun and my son enjoyed the teens club as well. Overall was a good vacation but don’t expect amazing food.

In two words: Absolutely outstanding! We were a large group (8 adults and 3 kids) and had a fantastic stay at SLS Playa Mujeres. The property is beautiful and impeccably maintained, with an elegant yet very convenient layout. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and easy to navigate. The food deserves special recognition. We dined at five restaurants—Bungalow (thank you, Tony!), Fi’lia, Union, Cleo, and Caracol (thank you, Valentin and Fernando!). Every meal was excellent, with delicious cuisine and truly outstanding service. The breakfast buffet at Market is the best we’ve experienced at any resort—impressive variety and quality. Other highlights include two well-equipped 24-hour gyms, a great coffee shop with pastries and poolside ice cream until 10 PM, and a separate smoothie spot. The kids’ pool is fantastic—full of fun and perfect for families. The bars are equally impressive, each with its own beautiful atmosphere and consistently excellent cocktails. And I saved the best for last: the staff. From the Concierge Desk to the beach and pool servers, everyone goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Adriana Reygadas, Manager of Guest Services. When my son lost his phone, she personally reviewed hours of security footage, identified the transport van, contacted the company and driver, and had the phone back in our hands the next day. Her dedication went far beyond expectations. Treat yourself and stay at SLS Playa Mujeres—you’ll love it.

Pros: Great customer service and excellent employees. Beautiful resort and it is well maintained. Great restaurants. Beautiful swim up bar. Resort did a very good job of keeping children out of adult only sections. Breakfast buffet was awesome for service and food selection/quality. Felt very secure at all times at the resort. Cons: Very difficult to get restaurant reservations (no availability at any of the restaurants for 3 of the 7 evenings we were there). Poor internet service in room. Last two days couldn't get TV reception and room phone didn't work so couldn't contact the front desk via that method. Pool was too cold for several days of our stay so we couldn't use the beautiful swim up bar or pool. Hot tubs not hot either. No adult only table at the separately purchased beach BBQ (could purchase a separate small table for $40 USD!). Would be nice to have an adults only section at the breakfast/brunch buffet area.

We just spent a week at this amazing hotel with our baby, toddler, and family. The hotel is very family friendly but is well set up for couples and all ages. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. I had to wash my baby bottles everyday and they delivered extra water bottles whenever I needed them. They even offered to sterilize them for me. The fitness clubs and classes were amazing. The food was outanding at all the restaurants. I’ve never had food this good at an all inclusive. Every morning you were offered a sparkling wine at the breakfast buffet. We especially liked the lunch buffet that was set up by the beach everyday if we didn’t feel like heading to one of the restaurants to do lunch. They had lots of taco options there and seating on the sand under the shade of the trees. The beach is beautiful white soft sand and the water was crystal clear. We also upgraded to cabanas at the family pool and had everything catered all day. We didn’t spring for the Elite membership and don’t think we missed out on much there. Our swim up rooms were cozy and clean. The outdoor pool from our room is not heated but we dipped our feet in and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. We also had a massage at the Ciel Spa on the resort. This was one of the best and most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Shout out to Liz who was my masseuse. If we hadn’t travelled with kids I would have went back to the spa for more treatments. We hope to come back to this hotel one day. It’s a true 5 star.

Their is not setting for baby stroller is pool side. No kids urinal in not of restrooms. All events should be till 10 pm but some of them lasted till 1030 and no reaction or even apology from staff. Very limited room service menu I will not repeat. It is not kids friendly at all
