I had an amazing experience at this resort from start to finish. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing the entire time. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of — everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the food and drinks were excellent with plenty of options. There were lots of activities to enjoy, but it was also the perfect place to just relax and unwind. Overall, it was a memorable stay and I would definitely come back and recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Excellent trip from check in to check out!!! We stayed adult side with a swim out room (bld 2000 & 4000 sun, 1000 & 3000 shade most of the day). Shout to bartender Victor at Soothe bar. He took great care of us all week. Definitely would stay again.

The room is fantastic, spacious and quiet. The staff are all amazing and nice. I tried all the restaurants and food was good. I will say the buffet could use a variation, change it up (something new everyday) it’s a lot of repetition for breakfast and lunch. Other than that it’s a nice resort.

Best resort i’ve ever stayed at!! everyone was so kind and fun!! the food is amazingg and there’s varieties. we had so much fun and I will definitely be there again when visiting Cancun. They made all of my comments and wishes come true and helped us have the most amazing experience there!

Just returned from a beautiful vacation at the Majestic Elegance at Costa Mujeres! This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this resort, and there's a reason I keep coming back. The customer service and hospitality are 20/10. Our Guest Ambassador, Krystel treated us like family and continued to make our stay beyond memorable. We LOVE her!! Some staff that really stood out to us were Barbara, Angel, Juan (the BEST server i've ever had) and Sandoval, Alvero the Chef was incredible. Food was truly amazing. the staff really go out of their way for your comfort. The spa was incredible as well. I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at this resort. See you very soon!!!

Very poor service. Everything breaks,no pool towels, no staff on the beach, no hot water,shower was not working. Hotel doesn’t have a heater. In the evening it was very cold in the room and the hotel can offer me only a comforter. The only person who is working and really good is our butler name Katia. I spoke to different managers who barely speak English.

We were very pleased with our stay. It is unlike any all-inclusive we’ve been to. The property and rooms are extremely clean, the food is top-notch, and the staff go above and beyond. Special mention to Francisco in the Italian restaurant and Nico on the pool deck for the amazing service and to Jesus for his engaging personality for the poolside activities. The manager of the Mar house, Abdur, went out of his way to ensure our large group had reservations and were always taken care of. The Michael Jackson and Queen show were entertaining and made for fun evenings. We look forward to visiting a Majestic resort again soon!!

We recently stayed at this hotel in Costa Mujeres to celebrate our babymoon and anniversary, and our experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent, the property was spotless, and the food was consistently delicious, making it easy to fully relax and enjoy our stay. What truly made this trip unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service provided by Krystel. She went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated, surprising us with thoughtful touches throughout our stay that made such a meaningful difference. These small details showed genuine care and attention, turning our vacation into a truly memorable experience during such a special time in our lives. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and incredibly grateful for the level of hospitality we received. Because of this outstanding service and overall experience, we can confidently say that we will be coming back. The restaurant schedule was way to confusing our butler showed us to our room and then we never heard from him again. Should provide map and layout of resort not everyone wants another app on their phone.

Very clean, well maintained resort. Service was great, staff happy to accommodate your dietary requirements. Beach is incredible, more than 1 km of beach front and you can walk many more kilometres on powder white sand
