「Muy bueno todo」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Everything was perfect! The staff everywhere on the property were so helpful and accommodating. They all spoke enough English to help us because we don't really speak Spanish. The room and path through the jungle were awesome! Cute little critters that were not intimidated by us at all. Beautiful place. The restaurants were all delicious. Our first all inclusive and it is worth it! Would Definitely go back.」

「Very disappointed with our stay. This resort did not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive vacation. The front desk and management were not accommodating and constantly tried to nickel-and-dime guests. Our A/C didn’t work, and we were told we could move rooms only if we paid extra. We requested two queen beds but were only offered two doubles or one king. The room had ants in the bed, the bathroom was extremely small, and there was little to no privacy because the shower/changing area faced...
