「When we booked we didn’t know we got a butler which made our stay 100 times better because booking restaurants you had to stay up till midnight to do so. We had the best butler Judy who helped us out our whole stay 」

「Room: Very clean. Our room gets cleaned and tidied everyday. I didn't get their names but we are in room 2601. Staff: Amazing! Viri from daily activities, amazing. Antonio from pool bar, amazing! Would be nice to have a better nightly entertainment. Pool: would be nice to have a hot tub. It was a great experience overall!! I have no regrets booking this place. Although you may want to reconsider the free tours you offer your guests. We were forgotten, claiming the driver had a minor accident....
