「The shows were great that they had each night, water slides were fun for the kids. Judy & Samantha were amazing to deal with and book the on resort restaurants, book excursions and helpful with any inquiries. The beach was beautiful, there were chairs and beds, easy to watch the kids and relax. 」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「This was my 3rd visit to this resort. We were met with the same amazing customer service as always and it continued throughout our stay. We noticed a few differences from previous years, and some aspects were pleasantly the same. Food: almost all really good food, as usual. The Steakville restaurant is one to avoid. A good cut of beef has proven to be hard to find at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. The other restaurants were really good and had lots of variety. It is definitely best to make...

「My 2nd time at particular resort. I have a feeling that resort is little bit in ‘saving mode’. Felt like food was better previous time, and booze was higher end, less alacarte options included (only 3 vs 6)😎 No birthday gifts of recognition from hotel this time. Overall still great pace to go. Staff was awesome, very clean resort, spotless comparing to other places I have seen. I walked in several neighborhood hotels as well, and should say that Bahía Príncipe Tulum was still the right...

「The staff at check in and out could use some hospitality training - this is our 4th stay and this has never improved although overall service at the resort has significantly improved aside from this. The amenities and location are wonderful and it is a beautiful resort. The waiters at the beach were excellent as always and should be given a shout out including Victor, Juan and Edwin」

「Rooms were very nice with beautiful balcony. Lots of wildlife. The entertainment team was great. Pools were great too, quiet pool for relaxing and party pool for entertainment. Viridiana from the entertainment team was just the best. She made the trip so much more fun and special. Big shout out to her. Also Edith our server in the lobby and courtyard was wonderful as well! We really felt special. Highly recommend this resort」
