「This resort was overall really poor. Pool was dirty on a regular basis. Most of the cenotes were closed. Restaurants were closed. Getting a reservation was impossible. I wouldn't go back if the trip was free.」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

We enjoyed the Adelita restaurant, but the buffet and other restaurants were lacking flavor and variety. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed being pool side and beach side daily but for 5 star resort and for the price, cleanliness and food could use improvement.」
