「We truly enjoyed our stay at this resort, especiailly the Mexican buffet! We loved the evening shows, truly stunning. Also it was great to have access to 24/7 snack bar. Great to be in nature as well and fun for kids - we didn't even need to go to the indoor playground, but looked fun as well. Great bus access to the city as well.」

「Overall, the service was good, but the hotel safe couldn't be opened on the last two days. I asked the staff three times, and they made me wait in the room the whole time without solving the problem, wasting a whole day of my vacation. When I spoke to the manager, he was extremely rude and showed no remorse.」

「We had a great time and would definitely go again. The rooms were large and clean. House keeping came everyday and did a great job, our fridge was well stocked and we would leave and drink requests on a note with a tip for when they restocked daily. All the staff were very nice throughout the resort. The buffet's were good and had a wide variety, and the restaurants were all very good. The beach is Rocky but as long as you bring water shoes you'll be fine, it was worth it for the snorkeling. 」
