「Staff are not permanently stationed at the facility. However, he came to the facility during check-in and provided courteous service.」

No...

「Great location, modern, clean and quiet rooms. Courteous staff. suggestions: Bathroom door didn’t work. They seemed completely unaware which is disappointing considering number of rooms and how obvious the issue was. They offer another bedroom but didn’t have the view/balcony of first one. Provide Local TV channels, everything was YouTube, Spotify and paid apps.」

「Todo maravilloso y muy atentos Gracias」

「The room was very clean, and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was much appreciated! It is a good walkable area with a couple great little spots to eat nearby. The beach is wonderful in this area, however, be note that It is a hefty climb up a hill to get from the beach, and we stayed on the second floor which were two steep sets of stairs. Recommend getting a lower level if you don't like stairs.」

「A hidden gem nestled away in the middle of the island, away from the bustle of the north beaches, but not too far to get in/out of town. The house was well appointed, the pool was excellent and the service provided by Mariana was excellent. 」

Gracias」
