「Amazing place !! 」

「Rooms were great. The kids club was amazing, so many activities and the women running it were so patient and fun. We took a tour with jack sparrow company that went straight from the beach which was awesome- snorkelled and saw whales. Everything else was good- pool, food, drinks, etc」

「We loved our stay! The pool is a fun time! Swim up bar and activities. The beach has the blockades in the water, so it’s easy to swim. The food options were alright. We ate at all the restaurants. I’d say the buffet was an upgrade from some other places I’ve stayed. Just ask for salt and pepper, makes such a difference! The panini machine was top notch! The breakfast across from the buffet was great! Ala carte. They also have a late night taqueria most nights- taco bar! Hell yeah! I really don’t...

「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」

「A very quaint clean basic hotel. Love the authentic Mexican feel…. Art , furniture, layout. Very friendly staff. It has been a long time since I have had a hotel room without a coffee maker!!!! Nice large walk in shower. Well kept gardens around the pool were very inviting.」

「This was the perfect hotel for us. We loved how walkable everything was when we left the hotel. Attractions, sights, restaurants, coffee, shopping, bars, casino, Oxxo, culture, grocery and much more were right out the front door of the hotel. We found that fantastic. As much as we enjoyed our time at the pools and beach it was great to be so close to so many things to do. Only can we used all week was to the airport. Only slight negative was th food at hotel was just average but didn’t bother us...

「This is not a super luxurious resort but is very good. Mostly seems to be a domestic clientele so the food is much more like “home cooking” than other resorts. We liked that. Staff were all really good. Nice village feel in the complex. 」

「Overall, I would say the resort was great. Our check-in was really fast and rooms were ready when we arrived. Rooms were clean and well-maintained on a daily basis. A couple of times we had to ask to get our fridge stopped, but they restocked them immediately with the drinks that we requested. All the restaurants were great however, the buffet was a bit challenging because it was not large enough for the amount of guests and often the food was not restocked very well. I appreciated the hand...
