I had an amazing experience with this hotel, staff is awesome and attentive, the food is great and very close to the city and restaurants. Lots of options for activities/sports and overall one of my best stays! Would definitely recommend.

The property lacks of proper maintenance, some areas are neglected with old furniture. Dirty dishes from room service outside of the rooms for 2 days, however, the breakfast is excellent.

The room was not ready when i arrived i had to wait 3 hours for the room to be cleaned . 1.Gym was out of service 2.the spa was out of service. 3. We had to pay for breakfast . The lunch was expensive and not good .

Great hotel, great value. Luxury near BJX!

This was a wonderful spot. It's like an oasis away from everything, and not a box hotel. I was concerned by the cost-effective price, but it excels in all ways. It's like a little resort. A great spot to rest before an early AM flight. It's on the flight path from the airport, but no noise after the latest flight and earliest. (10:00pm - 5:30am). Great pool. Nice bar and restaurant. This will be my go-to hotel (resort) for BJX airport from now-on.

Review

We were dropped off by Uber with 3 large, 2 medium & 2 hand carries. We had to ask for a push cart & the room was located quite a distance away. Good thing one of the worker's noticed & assisted us to our room. The room was really nice, clean, spacious, but we were surprised that the towels were older & 1 had a hole in it.

El hotel es muy lindo, muy completo, tiene una alberca muy grande, es bastante familiar y tiene muchisimas amenidades, la verdad lo recomiendo mucho, lo unico malo es que la zona está un poco fea ya que no hay nada al rededor, si eso no es problema, sin duda vale la pena.
