「I was happy with the hotel shuttle, once I figured out the transportation system in Cancun. The hotel restaurant provided what I was looking for, both for lunch and dinner. I was traveling alone and didn’t feel comfortable venturing out to eat, so the hotel gave me the safety and security I needed. The pool was outdoors and I didn’t want to be in the sun so opted not to swim, but several customers seemed to be enjoying the pool. 」

「Beautiful Resort. Excellent food. Top tier customer service. My absolute only complaint are all the flies. There are abundance and they ruin the dining experience, even indoors in the main dining restaurant. 」
